We may accept or decline an inquiry at our discretion, subject to applicable law. Timelines shown on the website are examples or targets, not guarantees. Actual timing depends on property access, title, liens, documentation, inspections, third-party services, and the terms of any signed agreement.

4. No Brokerage Relationship or Professional Advice

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, using this website does not create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, or advisory relationship. Website content is not legal, tax, financial, investment, engineering, appraisal, or real estate brokerage advice. • Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages at any time. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message. You will then receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zidane Properties and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Our aggregate liability for a website-related claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us specifically for the website service giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Zidane Properties harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material violation of these Terms, or information you knowingly submit without authorization. This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning these website Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise. A separate signed real estate agreement may contain different dispute terms that control that transaction.

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a different effective date is stated or applicable law requires additional notice.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of the website, but they do not replace a separate signed agreement governing a property transaction.
